Juno and Mapleblues nominee
Julian Fauth, local songwriter and barrelhouse piano player working in the
tradition of pre-war acoustic blues, will perform on Nov 14. Upcoming
artists include Multi Juno winner Al Lerman – member of the electric
Bluesband ‘Fathead’, who will perform a rare acoustic set on November 21,
2009. Concealed within the band, the unaccompanied Lerman unleashes a
passionate acoustic performance self accompanied on blues guitar and
harmonica. Joining Al Lerman is local blues artist Mo Kauffey, who will play
solo as well as in duet, for an evening of raw acoustic blues at its finest.
